为什么要在提示词里写死镜头和光圈？
焦段和光圈其实是「面部压缩程度」和「背景虚化程度」的简写。写 85 mm at f/2 能稳定拿到这两个属性；写「漂亮的虚化」不能。
想换个人但保留同一套光，怎么改？
只重写第 2 条短语。它之后的所有描述讲的都是拍摄设置而不是人物，所以换一张脸时布光、背景、调色都能原样保留。
脸还是像磨过皮，该补什么？
同时加强第 7 条和第 9 条——比如在写实锚点里补 uneven skin tone 和 a few flyaway hairs，在否定项里补 no digital retouching。
